Number 3 doesn't really match I don't think. I'm torn between 1 and 2. Although 2 looks to much like a hooker, and 3 the lace print or what ever gives me the vibe of a vampire.
alright 1... I like 3 the best out of all though, if it wasn't for the theme i would have chosen that

number three, even though it doesn't really look vampire-ish. it's the only decent looking one. why not be a princess or fairy? number two makes you look like a cheap emo whore and number one is just ugly.

I'd say go for 3.. it may not fit best with the theme but you look good in it. If you really wanna make it obvious your a vampire, drip blood down the sides of your mouth or something

tie a giant black sash around the waist of #1 and rip up the bottom. you've got a waist, show it off! and personally i'd rip up the bottom of the dress too, but you kinda have a complex with being revealing apparently. it's not a bad thing though.
you could also wear a red plaid skirt with #2 and that could work. fishnets too, if you want. roll up the sleeves and add a gold and black bracelet. and you can get one of those period style necklaces in glass or black anything. ahhh too many ideas! i'm trying to fit your idea of a vampire with costumes; mine is much different
