I don't think the chili peppers copyrighted it, but that would be like naming your show Fergalicous, or The Real Slim Shady, or 50 Cent and having the show dealing w/ nothing regarding the title, other than possibly having someone with the last name of Ferguson, some thin guy that lives in a ghetto, or a banker.

I was actually watching a interview about this new show..and they did ask a question of why it shares the same name off the red hot chili peppers song..I guess I don't really care for the song...not so sure about the show. I would have to watch the first few shoes to grasp an opinion of it.

the show shounds pretty weird to me... at first i thought it was a reprisal of david duchovney's role in the move "california"... the basic premise is that duchovney's character plays a writer who is super promiscuous... and wackniness ensues? i love david duchovney, but i'm not sure how this show's going to do... maybe it's one of those shows that will surprise everyone and win a bunch of emmys...
