SO. House party, good times. My best friend was reallly drunk, and passed out on me, and so we took her home, after feeding her lots of water. Hella good times, though.

When you go out, or to a party, or whatever you guys like to do, are you usually the one who looks after other people, or the one who needs looking after?

I've had my nights, and stuff, because everyone does. But for the most part, I can be pretty responsible, and I like to manage the crisis.

Who the f**k throws house parties? Dance parties are the only kind of parties I'm interested in. Where are your parents? If I threw a house party, I'd probably get kicked out by my parents. Wait, I wouldn't be able to ... considering the fact they're always home. I assume majority of house parties are set at during the night time .. I'm pretty sure the chances of your parents being home at night is very high .. now I'm talking night as in 9 pm, 10 pm, etc ... shit even late night! u dig me?

Well, this one was hosted by a guy I work with... and there was dancing in some rooms...

His parents are away right now, although I can't remember where off the top of my head.

I'm usually the one who needs looking after. I'm 102 pounds and can't hold my liquor one bit. I try to keep up with my friends when they do rounds and rounds of liquor but most of the time, I'm drunk after 3 while they're still perfectly sober and I'm the party pooper of the night because someone needs to watch me for the rest of the night or take me home. It sucks.

Jason you know eventually people do move out, and have their own apartments and even houses! omg.gif That and dancing isn't the only thing to do at a party. I don't know if you have party experience, but parties can be quite entertaining especially when you're 100% sober and watching everyone act like fools because they're wasted or high :)

I don't drink very often, so I'm usually the one that looks after my friends. I know they'd do the same for me. My friends know that even if I don't go to a party with them and they can call me up and I'll make sure that they get home safe, I've lost a lot of friends in car accidents due to drinking... which plays a major role in why I don't drink as often.

I'm usually the responsible one. I can handle liquor pretty well, but I tend not to drink much anyway. It just isn't my cup of tea.

I've never been to a house party, to be honest. The few times I've had anything to drink, it was with a small group of friends, and I can tell you that I was pretty well smashed before they were even starting to get buzzed. I try to steer away from it as much as possible, because I'm not at all concerned with holding the image of someone who can hold their alcohol, and I'd rather not be the one passed out or puking before anyone's had a chance to move on to their third drink.

I've never had to physically take care of anyone, but last summer I had a friend who drunk dialed me almost every day at 2 am. He had just ended his relationship and was trying to get over his girlfriend. He attended parties all the time and got drunk, which led to a lot of late night phone calls for me. I had to put up with a lot of singing, random topics, and sometimes deep confessions..

I can see myself as the DD for all parties in the future..lmao

Thankfully, I don't need to look after people or be the one to need looking after. I mean, sure, I encounter super drunks in my partying time but they weren't people I really knew and luckily my friends don't get too wasted.

I used to be able to drink Absolut like water, but now I can't even stand drinking one shot of it. I've had a traumatic experience with vodka around a year ago, and hard liquor has made me nauseous ever since, so I've turned to beer and beer games.

Beer tastes like piss, and there is no getting around that. But when you get used to it, it is amazing fun. My friends and I play drinking card games where we down around two cases of beer without getting completely destroyed, and it gives us around 4 hours of fun. Plus, people don't start barfing as often as with shots.

You obviously have experience with alcohol, I know that and I'm not trying to teach you anything about it (as you probably have more experience than me anyway), but I've never heard anything from you about beer games. Play any?

And back on topic, I'm a lightweight but I have a pretty good tolerance. I don't throw house parties because my parents know what booze and drugs smell like too well, but I'll go to house parties. I don't get shitfaced at parties, either.

Same here. If it happens though, I'm usually the one who handles things. Plus it's more entertaining to watch laugh.gif

Well, I've never been to a house party but I've been to a couple where there was beer and cigarettes. Hah, my friends have such interesting ways of acquiring beer.. mellow.gif I've drank like, once and that's it. It's also funny how fast 14 year olds can pass out. I'm usually the one taking care of everybody. Throwing water at drunk people = fun. I always seem to have gum or mints with me in case anyone needs any. ermm.gif

Definitely the responsible one. Last time I went to a house party was... Cinco De Mayo, I believe.

It was kinda nasty being there, and when I got there, everyone was already drunk. I didn't stay long, aand there was some crisis upstairs and my friends mom was pissed at everyone.
Yeah, my friends MOM threw the party.

You can feed someone a drink, right? I dunno. I'm so English.

Beer pong <3, though I suck.

Yeah, I would normally drink cider instead of liquor, but there is a lot to be said for some strategic shots...

I found a hella nice beer last night though, except for the life of me, I can't remember what it was called.

I actually went to a house party last night with a whole bunch of coworkers. At parties, it'll depend. Sometimes I'll be the responsible one if there are some weaksauces there, so I have to take care of them, make sure they drink lots of water, etc. And only once in a while will I be the one needing taken care of. Last night, it was half and half, but I was looked after by some friends.
Regarding drinking games, I like playing beer pong (though I hate beer), flip cup, Kings, shotgunning. I'm always open to new games as well hahh.

I like to go to parties and get really drunk and then bum cigarettes off people. The cool part is when they start to bring weird kinds of cigarettes and by the end of the night I've smoked 20 different kinds of smokes. Cool!

But I'm done with the party scene now. Drinking is boring for some reason now. I don't know why. :'(

Circle of Death is a fun game, but we play it a little differently. The cards have much more complicated meanings. For example, Aces and Jokers are rule cards, where you can make up any rule that'll last to the end of the game. For example, I made a rule that if I say a certain sentence, everyone has to jump up and flick their balls. Whoever doesn't flick drinks, and by the middle all the players are hammered and end up punching themselves in the balls without noticing.

There are also punishments for broken rules, which range from drinking beer to things like dunking your head in toilet water and whatever.

The best games are the ones you make up on the spot.

I'm such a lightweight, I'm the one who people need to look after. I'm tipsy after 1 beer, and that's only 5% alcohol.
