i want to no how do u save a round broder without the white space?

what do you mean by white space?
if you want it to be see through then set the background on transparent instead of white (: |

If you're using Photoshop, just use the wand tool or something around the border, extract the white, and it should become transparent. (make sure everything's merged and it's not a locked background first).
then you gotta save it as PNG (file>>save AS, and make sure to check transparency) |

There's a box that says "transparency" and you check it.
