(i don't know if this belong here or not. Move if nessesary.)

yogan - n. Someone who pratices the art of yoga.

So who here do yoga? How often? When did you get started?

Personally, i would love to do yoga, but i can't find the time or know how.

Omg I love Yoga hug.gif It's really relaxing, but I must say that I like Pilates better, lol. I feel like I'm doing more work with Pilates. I've taken a few classes in Yoga and Pilates... and now I must admit that I own some of those DVDs that have Yoga and Pilates in them together.

wooot yoga! I took a 6 week summer yoga course at my local city college, but had to cut it short because of a long story...anyways yoga itself is actually really fun and relaxing, AND it stretches out your muscles. so if you're unhappy with your bulky calves..this is the way to go!

yeah i had to quit the course because my teacher was giving us journals so she had written assignments to grade, which was fine until we got them back and she gave everyone C's?!!? there were a lot of old people in the class, and they all looked so sad when they got their papers back. she also wrote on my paper that REPEATION IS THE KEY TO something. well, REPEATION ISN'T A FCUKING WORD. and then, she became like super hardcore and wanted us to come up with our own routines. basically, I had to quit because I was failing the class... hammer.gif

A while ago my mum bought a Yoga DVD.
She said it was good and I should try it..

Seemed okay, but I felt a bit sick afterwards mellow.gif

I would love to actually do it properly though _smile.gif

I do Bikram Yoga:

Hot yoga (about 105 degrees) for 90 mins, 26 postures

every once in a while. I have yoga sprees where I'll do it religiously for a month then stop for a while. I need to go back sooooooon T_T
