hi guys,
i dont know who came up with this but this is a very very bad idea. theres no reason why old topics cant exist along side new ones. the forums should be like every day convos you have with your friends. the same topics get revisted again and again. that doesnt mean that there isnt anything to add to them, nor does it mean that old topics should be discarded. some people enjoy reminiscing the olden cb days. its a good idea to start new topics of the same subjects if the old one hasnt been active for a month or so. this will give new members an opportunity to express themsevles without having to read 234234234 posts. but at the same time, there is no reason for the old one to be discarded... |

'Twas my idea, and I will take the blame. I just hoped to create more activity >_>
We can just post up a reminder / suggestion to everyone that they should feel free to create similar topics to those that are quite old or more than a set no. Of pages. Sorry for any problems this may have caused! Oh, and tripvertigo- I have no idea how the "business" part of cB runs. *shrug |
