borders around everything except about me ?, Is it possible ? Options

I was wondering if it is possible to have borders around all of the tables except for the about me ?

And also, is there a way to move the about me section down?

No, it isn't possible to put a border around all the tables except for the about me.

and to move your about me down, try this code:

td.text table {position:relative; top: 140px;}
td.text table table {position:static;}</style>

mess with the "140px" part to move it around.
