nope. not photobucket. Photobucket won't allow anything over 250kbs on an image.
I honestly dont know of any sites that would upload something that big ... and a bmp as well ... you're best bet would be to somehow shrink the file size. If you can't, I'd be happy to try and get the filesize down for you.

ok...i tried photobucket, and it took, but it shrunk the file and now it's extremely blurry...

 it's blurry cause it resized the picture so it's less than 250k (which must be really small and blurry cause yours was originally 1mb)Sorry, can't help you with the uploading thing. I know no sites that let you upload 1mb
