1 sideways comment Options

I'm trying to figure out why a comment keeps going sideways and has a pink side column.

I've tried deleting the sideways comment but another one takes its place.
I've tried putting in a code to make the comment box/pictures smaller.
I've tried taking all of the coding out and it's still there.

What am I doing wrong?
