If you have a wall charger maybe you can try that?
Did you drop it? Or Hmm sometimes that happnes when my battery gets to ZERO. my computer does not recognize the iPOD. but then in that case i plug it into the wall. iPods have like a 10 year warranty IF THE PROBLEM is/ was on apples part, not something like you dropped it. (EDIT: im not sure about the warranty but im pretty sure they have one.) Hmm you got me. I have no clue whats wrong, explain alittle about the situation. did you drop it? Did your dog get it? maybe a sibling messed with it? Hmm was it on HOLD? |

No I didn't drop it,I just put it on my desk. When I came back home,I discovered that I couldn't even turn on it or connect to the computer! You mean I should buy a wall charger to try first? |

(what i mean by that is, they know when you lie) ive already changed mine like 3 times because of faulty pieces. and one of the times i gor a RE-RURB and thats why it sucked. MAKE SURE: if you do get a new one; its not a re-furb. |

NO. dont do that all the sign's are pointing to a manufacturing problem. therefore you get a new one for free! MAKE SURE: if you do get a new one; its not a re-furb. But I have used mine for a few months... would it be impossible?I mean...will they believe it? |

yes silly girl
it seems ipods are having more and more problems now a days compared to before. i mean you can keep trying to connect it but, if it won't work your best bet would be to at least go to an apple store near you and get a brand new one! ehh. i was big on apples work until my recent encounter with ipod problems. 3 FREGGIN NANOS! YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS 3! i had an 8GB red nano. (well have) after the 3rd try. |

Maybe you should call the itunes people. Heres the site www.apple.com they should have a number you should be able to call somewhere on the site.

First, make sure the hold button isn't on. If it isn't and still won't turn on, try restarting it. It's simple and easy. If restarting it doesn't work, you should definitely go to the Apple store. Restart Ipod: Turn Hold on and then, turn it off. Then hold the menu and center button for a few seconds. A screen should pop up. If it doesn't work the first time, try a few more times. If it still doesn't work, go to the Apple store. |
