Help with myspace coding?! Options

All I want to do is make the egde of the box that goes around 'about me', my friend space and my comments to move in to the left, so it's not pressed right up against the edge of the white area.

I have tried a skinny code but it didn't work.

I am pretty much a novice at this, I've beentrying to teach myself the basics, but I can't fix this. I'm not even sure it is fixable.

I believe your problem lies with the comments. See how they are stretch almost to the edge of the white area?

Try doing this where your comment code is:

And change the "##" to whatver value width you want.

That worked really well, but then the white bit moved in to meet it, so it's still pressed up against it.

Sure - I believe it lies with this part of the code:

Thing is, I'm not sure which "table" controls the white background. So try putting a "width: ##px;" in each to see which one it is.
