Help sizing profile, Make it smaller. Options

Well heres the deal. I want to make my profile a bit smaller width wise so that when people look at it they dont have to scroll left and right alot. I think its a hassle lol. So could someone please take a look at my layout code and tell me how I can modify it so that it is more narrow.
