^ Oh man. Even lamer, lol.

Not only did she rush the book and leave huge plot holes, now she wants more money.

But then again, she does use the money for charities.

^ If only she had actually explained stuff in the book instead of assuming we would all get it right away.

She wrote this book for her fans, not for the book itself.

Lame.

I don't know, I thought it was pretty obvious...it would be pretty dumb if Rowling wrote EVERY SINGLE DETAIL out in the book; a good book contains an air of mystery, and after all it's more natural to leave a few things out. A lot of people think that Rowling's writing isn't up to par, and if she were to include everything, I think it would detract from her as a writer (even more than now).

lol, I don't mind spending money on Harry Potter, honestly. All diehard HP fans are gonna buy that encyclopedia, and you know it (and so does Rowling, rich bitch).

I didn't mean everything as in every signle backstory that she's ever written finish it you bitch rawr rawr.

I meant everything as in everything actually important and relevant.

Also, alot of things didn't make sense. The unforgivable curses are UNFORGIVABLE, and APART OF YOUR SOUL is dented with use. But it's ok for the Order of the Phoenix (and more importantly Harry) to use it, apparently.

And Harry uses it because his teacher is SPIT ON, but all those other times, like when Hermione is being TORTURED, he doesn't? He chose an odd time to f**k up his soul.

Oh man, and so many other problems. Like how the moral seems to be "Good is always good. Evil is always Evil. Redemption is impossible as you will always get what you deserve in the end."

But just ignore me, I've read to many Potter Essays.

^ We had a misunderstanding. I was talking more about minor details like Victoire and Teddy, and I really don't think those are essential to the plot. But I do agree with the unforgivable curses and other big holes in the plot.

By the way, I have to ask; why are you so defensive all the time? Why are you a bitch to people who are nice to you? I know you "forgave" Kaycee but she didn't exactly deserve your treatment (and in fact, she deserves an apology from you). A little forum etiquette goes a long way.

Yobaka - I missed that part of your post, sorry about that. ): And yeah, I should've read the entire thing, but I ended up just reading the part where the kiss should've been. whistling.gif

Thanks, Gigi. blush.gif

Applause, Applause.

To be fair, I would SO get my crucio on if someone spat at Professor Magonagall near me.

Also agreed highly, this girl was much nicer to you than you so clearly deserve.

I'm not defensive and I'm not a bitch. shrug.gif

We're on the internet, so you don't know my voice, and you don't know my personality. I was joking the entire time, and the "forgiving part" was just a fun way of apologizing on the off chance that she did take it wrong. :)

I just finished the seventh book two days ago. It took me a while to get around to it because I actually never finished reading the fifth book, so I had to go back and reread that to move onto the sixth, before I could read the seventh with a full understanding of wtheck was going on. mellow.gif

But wow. I CAN'T BELIEVE FRED DIED. I was hoping none of the Weasleys would. I was saddened by all of the deaths. Except for people like Scrimgeour though..

I must agree, the epilogue was a little sappy for my taste, but I thought it was cute nonetheless. Although it was a little hard for me to keep everyone's names and faces straight. 'Cause when I read the names of Albus, Severus, James, and Lily I think of the people those kids were named after, not the kids themselves. wacko.gif

Overall, the book was amazing, such an emotional rollercoaster. I'm very satisfied that Ron and Hermione finally got together, and the same with Harry and Ginny. In the beginning of the series I thought Harry and Hermione would make a cute couple, but I'm happy that things happened how they did. _smile.gif

I can't for that HP encylopedia to come out though. dribble.gif

f**k YES!

I've just recently been hit with a sort of potter mania, which is weird, because I'm very late.

Well.

To be fair..it's more like Rupert Grint mania. Or Ron/Hermione mania.

Poor Harry. If only I cared more about his love life, or thought the guy who played him was attractive. :(

I saw the cover of a Teen Vogue magazine a few weeks ago or something, and I was UPSETTT because they had Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson on the cover, but NO RUPERT GRINT! He deserves just as much exposure as those two. I mean, if he turned it down I guess that'd be okay, but you know...I would really like him on that cover.

I guess I'm starting to favor Rupert over Daniel, haha. biggrin.gif

^ I really hate when they do that. I can understand just Rupert and Emma, because they are the "sidekicks" in the books and movie.

Although, sometimes it's because Rupert is busy doing something else, whether for the movie or not, you know?

What I hate the most is that it seems like Regis and the other one do both Emma and Dan every year, but not Rupert! Every year! I know that Rupert is a bit shy and stuttery, but that just doesn't seem fair.

Oh well. I still like Rupert best. <3

I saw the other images from that shoot and all three were there. I'm not a big Rupert fan but if they mention all three on the cover, all three should be on the cover. The magazine got a lot of complaints about that.

Yeah, I hate when they just brish Rupert aside. I always liked him better than Dan... I can imagine the magazine WOULD get a lot of angry fans writing letters about this.

Me too, although Dan does seem very nice, if not a bit awkwardly funny, and, you know, nudisty. lol

I guess I just like how Rupert is. Shy, collected, not all spaz-happy like Dan (and sometimes me). Makes me wonder how he is with his friends...makes him sort of mysterious to me, in a way, I guess. lol

He bought an ice cream truck to fulfill his childhood dreams! That sounds like an interesting guy who I'd like to have some nice pillow talk with ;D

Yeah in fact they published two fan letters sent to the magazine, talking about what people thought of their previous issue. They weren't so happy about it either. mellow.gif

Haha, yeah. And he talks about it like it's a perfectly normal.

And then how he pretty much said he'd rather die then kiss Emma, and she was like, "YOU'D RATHER DIE THEN KISS ME!"

And he was blushing bright red, "That's not how I meant it..." mumblemumble..

And Dan was all, "Thats how we heard it!"

Just like the HP trio. It was nice.
