I'm looking for a script for an old grainy film reel filter. I've seen it before, and I've been googling it but nothing comes up. it's the same kind of filter like the pixelate or the black & white, that you hover over the image and it filters. i think the grains and lines on the filter itself moved so it may have been flash.
tellll mee someone's seen this thing before. :[ |

Sorry, I don't see anything like that. It's probably made in Photoshop or Paintshop.

Yeah. You'd either have to make somesort of grainy bg and make image links and images hover with that image.
