I figured it would be better for me to say it here rather than Backstage. I liked Spencer's 'real' application but that point you made about James (wow, I'm defending James?!?! :O) isn't technically correct. He was considered because he worked on his attitude/personality/whatever prior to applying. He may not have intentionally worked on it for the sake of wanting to be hired but he was much more amiable.

i refuse to add it.
steven ding had the username of basick at the time. it was probably a couple of years ago. i'd like to think it was back when they just had an open thread where you could apply and if they needed anybody, they could choose out of who had put in an application. summer 05-ish? |
