Comment box doesnt work, Help =( Options

I had some help with this but TC hasent replied back to me in a week to help. Can you guys see whats wrong with my comment box?

Do you see where it says input name="7024376" You werent supposed to changed that. It it suppoed to stay "friendID" You probably got confused and replaced it as well. Change it back to "friendid" and it should work
