My family plan ended, so my parents were going to renew the plan and buy us all new cellphones. Last week, my mom, dad, and brother got new phones without me because I was away, so they took me today to get mine. I decided I wanted a blackjack. Anyway, we get there, and the guy tells me I'm not eligible to get a new phone because my two years weren't up yet. My mom and I were just like WTF because we all started the plan at the same time, and everyone else was able to get new phones so why wasn't I. The guy said that something on my account indicated that I changed something within the past year that was prohibiting me from getting a new phone, which is totally ridiculous because the only thing I changed was my number, and I did that at the same time I got my phone, which was the same time everyone else did, but it was marked incorrectly. sad.gif

UGH. now my parents have to call customer service and try to sort everything out or whatever.
