Why would you want to do that? You'd have to ask the designer for permission to edit their layout before you take ANY actions.

Oh, it's just a cartoon. This shouldn't be too hard. It's always nice to ask the designer first, as Alvin said. =) Using Photoshop, you can change the beige skin color to a darker one using the 'Selective Color' feature or select the skin area (using one of the various marquee tools or pen tool) and changing the color.

Hey, it's all right. It's just courtesy, especially if you're only going to change the color and leave the rest of the layout intact. _smile.gif Good luck.

^ that's cool. take the advice from Davinci, if you don't have phtoshop. tell us which program you do have. I only see the problem of the hair not exactly african american looking, I don't know many african americans with long wavy hair, with the exception of like tyra banks.

Well I have photoshop CS3,and I really have no clue how to do anything on it.I like the hair fine I mainly just wanna change her skin tone.

you can use the polygonal lasso tool to select parts of her skin without touching anything else. Then you can press the add to selection button, and keep using the polygonal lasso tool till you have all of her skin selected, then you can press ctrl+j to duplicate the layer, from there you can change the color and stuff.

k,thanks =]
