this is long so if you read it, thank you.
to start off... britni-my cousin who is best friends with anna anna-jessica's sister jessica-my best friend(ex) lee-the guy i've liked forever that britni started dating carol-jessica and anna's mom if it's confusing, i'm sorry. so last wednesday, it was jessica's birthday. the week before, she invited me to six to six flags with all of the people listed above, along with anna's boyfriend and tim, the guy i was going to go with. so i said yes. on tuesday, we were all supposed to stay the night at jessica and anna's house because carol was driving us there. i called that morning to ask when they wanted me to come over there and jessica informed me that they weren't going. i told my mom and she called britni, just to be sure. she said that they weren't. i think it was friday of last week when i was staying over at jessica and anna's house with britni. we had a sleepover and everything was fine. the next morning, we were sitting in there living room and carol told me that it wasn't right for them to lie to me and that had all gone on sunday. i was pissed off to be blunt. i was hurt so i cried and everything. so i went home and told my mom, and she told me that she wasn't going to pick my friends for me, but that they weren't worthy of my friendship because they were assholes. so yesterday, she told me that she changed her mind and that i wasn't allowed to have any contact with them anymore because she was tired of them hurting me. this wasn't the first time. also, they are into some horrible stuff and i always get thrown to the side whenever i don't participate with them. in a way i'm glad she's made this choice for me because i know for sure that they'll have no problem hurting me again. but in another way i still want to be friends. opinions? |

that is wrong. they aren't real friends. you shouldn't let them treat you like that. it's immautre and you deserve better than that! |

I agree^. They arnt your real friends and you shouldent let them treat you like that. Your better off without them. You never know, maybe you could find friends who are 10 times better then them.

If I were you, there'd be no way in hell I'd still be friends with those people or WANT to be friends with them if they're going to be that way.
They're really lousy "friends." |

How could you honestly want to be around people like that? It is pretty easy to invest into making a good friend once you find someone you truly get along with.
On a side note...i was thinking about Halo as soon as i saw this topic for some reason |
