DIV friend ID Options

i cant get this DIV layout to work.
it says that im using and invalid friend id, and wont let message, pics, comment, or anything links work on my page.

its SO frustrating!

I noticed under one of the fields, for Friend ID, you put your myspace URL.
It should be 195877878.
