Image Mapping and another problem Options

working on a new myspace layout, and i cant fix a small problem, i have many maps, and all of them work except a few of the friends on the bottom. i dont have any of the other friend urls up yet but the last two or three its like there's no map applied.

also, there are 2 blue lines on the top and left of my background image and i have no idea what they are. they only popped up after i started adding maps though.
