Hi, this is avery very good tutorial. and its very easy t understand.
but i need help "/ how do you position the stuff? like for example the position: absolute; left:000 where do i get the left..blah blah.. ?? i really dont get how o do it.. then the rest i get. can u please help me? that would b great!!

You can use Microsoft paint. It has coordinates at the bottom right as you move your cursor.
