Awww Kaycee, it looks great on you.
My sister recently shaved her head, it was falling out from radiation anyway. My dad also just shaved his for her as well. |

I would think it would work the same way as leg hair. The only way it would grow back like, better is if you pulled it all out and made new roots. It would definitely be thicker; it would work the same as shaving -- when you shave, you cut it at that point, and since hair grows out to a point, the part of the hair that is closest to your skin is bigger, like an upside-down ice cream cone.
