Pictures are stretched. They're not at a 1:1 ratio, thus making her longer <--> this way. It doesn't..look..good. And I would suggest making the header flow better into the body, rather than just placing text to fill in the gap. Also, the white is such a bold contrast against the brown that its just like WHOA!?

I don't think it's terrible, but it's not quite CB material yet.
You should definitely un-squash the images used in the banner, and probably give them some kind of effect too. Maybe something to make them look glossy? I think you might need new images altogether though. Those seem kind of bad quality. I also think the "Amelie" font needs to be a bit more readable. Otherwise, I think it's a pretty good start! |

stretched out the picture too much. fix thant and choce a different font and it will look better. as far as colors and everything else its good.

I pretty much agree with everyone.
the white in the banner is a huge contrast with the brown. The font is really hard to read. Keep it up though, don't give up
