friends and comments in div, friends and comments in div Options

Does anyone have the code to put these 2 tables into a div with coordinates so you can just change the vertical and horizontal numbers to specify where on the page the div with these 2 tables will go? That's all I need to do to fix my page. For some reason myspace made a change yesterday I guess and it messed up my whole page. You can see how the friends table is screwed up now.

It used to be on the far-left and directly below the picture of my business card. I want to move it there again. The easiest way I figure to do that is put the tables in a div and just position it where I want. Please help, thank you!
