ahah! me and my guy bestfriend are just like that but I think worst and he has a girlfriend and I have a boyfriend but we tell eachother we love eachother and miss eachother we joke around alot worst than your boyfriend and his bestfriend. I mean they have been bestfriends for a while they must of been joking around like this before you two starting dating so why should they stop now? and if they do stop its just gonna make things awkward between them because they are use to being themselfs and joking around with eachother and sooner or later they will both turn on you and realize their relationship isnt the same because of you which isnt cool , my guy bestfriend also tells me all the time Im hot I dont take it serious tho I take it as a compliment .You need to chill and remember its YOU hes with and not her if he wanted her he'd try and be with her.

i acknowledge that these types of guy-girl-bestfriend relationships exist. i mean, i see them everywhere around me, but they ultimately fail. would you honestly be comfortable with it if, let's say, your boyfriend was that close with another girl? i'm pretty sure you'd have some insecurities. i mean what happens when you get married? isn't your spouse supposed to be that one person to have and to hold, to always be there for you, to be your "best friend"? don't you think it'll be a little odd that you find yourself confiding in someone else other than your spouse, who may also be someone else's spouse?

i durno. i guess i'm just traditional like that.

There is nothing a little odd about confiding in someone else other than your spouse. And I agree with malimers.

Would I honestly be comfortable with my boyfriend having a girl best friend.. yes and no... Yes if she was there before me , really what could I do I wouldnt wanna break their friendship especially if they are really close who am I to split them up? Im just a girlfriend . no if she wasnt... cause well yah that would be awkward Id be wondering where she came from and how they became to close while we were together. If we were to get married my guy bestfriend would still be my guy bestfriend its ok to have more than just one bestfriend say Im arguing with my " husband" who am I to turn when I need advice or someone to talk to? yes getting married is quite a change but thats my own change why put my bestfriend thru it when he has done nothing but be a bestfriend?and if their just a bestfriend whats so wrong about that I wouldnt care if I didnt have anyfriends as long as I had him as a bestfriend . especially me and my bestfriend we've been thru alot of good times and bad times together so that makes you even closer as well.If my boyfriend or his girlfriend had a problem with it than I guess its up to the bestfriends to decide what to do from there .That is just my opinion though.
