I think you need to work on this a bit more before you submit. I think you need to add more to the banner, using brushes and/or textures. The background is really plain and I think you should make it a patterned background. I think you should pick one solid color for the sidebar and the content space. The sidebar text is really far down from the top in Firefox, along with the content text. I hope you weren't planning on repeating the background because you stroked the whole image, and if you repeated the background you'd have a black line in the middle of the image, whereas the rest of the background would be repeating.

oh i didnt make the banner but what do you suggest i do about the text and the background?

^Yeah, I remember seeing the banner in the graphics section of the submissions. I think you should move the text up some, and the background I think you should find a nice pattern that would match well with the banner and the overall colors of the layout.

but the text fits perfect on IE...how do i make it the same in firefox? i tried the

You can't just add that, then you're making IE not recognize it because of the !important attribute. Okay I'll give you an example maybe you'll understand. Say for instance that I had a banner and it's div id was #banner, and my banner isn't aligned in Firefox but it is in Internet Explorer. So in the beginning, my coding looks like this:

So. The the only way to have the banner aligned in Firefox and Internet Explorer, is to add ANOTHER margin-left and raise or lower the pixels to make it aligned. So. The first margin left that has 100px beside it is the margin-left that aligns my banner for Internet Explorer. And the second margin left aligns my banner for Firefox because the only way Firefox would recognize it to make the banner move is using the !important attribute. Because the browsers would basically get confused if I had two margin lefts in my coding with no attribute. So in the end, my coding would look like this:

Only when something needs to be moved over to the left or right. I was just using margin-left for an example. The same thing goes for margin-left or margin-top.

Yes, and since it's aligned in IE. You leave the first margin-left alone. Don't bother it. And remember the !important comes BEFORE the semicolon. Like this: margin-top: 125!important;
