That's pretty good for your first try. I like your Hip-Hop style. The background looks nice, although I wish it were brighter. I also like the stroke around Beyoncè.

It is pretty good for your first.
However like _cheeks_ said the font is a little hard to read. More so the "Dont Stop The" part. Keep it up!

It looks good as you're first. However, it seems a little basic. It's just like dumping brushes on it. Other then that, it's nice.

Since this is your first, I'll go easy.
First off, don't use those fonts. They're hard to read and are quite.. n00by. Second, don't just put brushes. Be a little more creative and use other tools. And last, keep on trying.  EDIT//  @ Sally.
