I always have and probably always will love my local library. But, I've recently discovered Paperback Swap, and from what my friend says, it's pretty reliable so I may try that out when I move out and settle into my apartment in a few weeks.

I have a love affair with books; they're my budgetary weakness.

I buy almost all of my books. I get 30% off at Barnes and Noble being an employee, so it really isn't that expensive for me.

Plus like the person above me said, Library books are kind of gross.
XD
You never know who had the book before you. Plus I hate the smell of library books XD

^ I have this weird paranoia with those library books! I got really grossed out when someone flips their pages near me. I try not to breathe in the (dirty) air. xD

I'm hoping I'll get a job at a Chapters or Coles this summer. Discount books!! =]

for me, I'd perfer to actually BUY the book so I can always pick it up later and re-call certain parts that I'd forgotten. But lately, I've been borrowing books since my book shelf is over-flowing with books... whistling.gif

If its my first time reading it, I usually borrow it from the library, unless its from a series I like, then I buy it.

Borrow. I usually only read them once anyways.

But when I do buy them I read them at least 3 times a year...yea they're that good.
