What the title says. (Because not everyone can win member of the month every month.) (Staff appreciation allowed here, of course.)
Mark (The Markster), Mike (IvIike), Amanda (blaqheartedstar) - I've noticed these three going around to a lot of the layouts and critiquing them, more than just "this is what I like, this is what I don't like"; they're constructive in their criticism, and I think that deserves some kudos. Alvin (Maestro) - The kid focuses on xanga help so much, and I've seen him in most if not all of the help threads sooner or later, giving individual help for each user; it's admirable.
