Have you ever written a letter to a well known/famous person?
And if so, did you get a personal reply? I remember in 6th grade we had to write letters to authors. But I never got a reply.

Yes, to Xavier Roberts. I was angry that I never received my adoption papers for my Cabbage Patch Kid.
Never heard back.

Well no, but we wrote to people in war in like 7th grade, and I never got a reply back, but I remembr doing the same in 6th grade, and I think I got a letter back...not sure, maybe it was someone else >.<

yea, i sent letters to michelle kwan once. it was for school. i got it a letter back and a picture with her autograph. you could tell that the letter and the signature were all pre-printed.

When I was in 4th grade, I was a big fan of the one-and-only Hilary Duff
So i wrote her a letter on this pink hello kitty note paper and licked it up on a matching pink hello kitty envelope..too bad I never sent it

I think I wrote to Leonardo Decaprio (sp?) and he wrote back but it was preprinted.

I had a class where we all wrote letters to the Indianapolis Colts, and the "secretary" sent one letter back to our class.

I've always wanted to, to see if they reply but I haven't. Not to a celebrity or author at least.
In third grade we all wrote letters to President Bush.. Two or three years later, all we got were pictures. Of his cat, dog, airplane, jet, etc. Stuff like that. |
