Really stupid question -> background?! Options

For some reason, my background isn't working. Which makes me angry, because I've gone over the code a few times and there isn't really a reason for it to not work. At least, not one that's obvious for my not-livejournal-trained eyes. So... If anyone would look over the code and tell me what happened, I'd love you for life.

And, I just checked, it apparently works in IE, but not in firefox. Which is frustrating in and of itself
