use this
put this code before the style sheet. change the paddings to move the blog CODE <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<div style="width: 0px; BACKGROUND-COLOR:none; background-image: url(); background-attachment: fixed; repeat: no-repeat; border: none; height: 01%; padding-left: 270px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 80px; position:static; margin-top:-500px"><div style="background:transparent; border=0px solid #000000; width:420px; height:350px; BACKGROUND:transparent; FILTER: alpha(opacity=100); overflow:auto; } "> <!-- end code provided by createblog.com --> |

You're supposed to use something called "DIV Layering". There's a whole tutorial on this in Webdesign Forum. Go there, and it'll help you, trust me.
