Div page not working in IE Options

Hey there guys, I was here a while back asking for help fixing up an edited version of someone else's coding. Since then, I took the fixed coding I got and made a completely new page, fixed up some stuff, moved stuff around, added some buttons, and all that jazz. Anywho, I got it all working in my favorite browser Firefox, but since then, others and myself have tried to view the page in IE, and all that shows up is the background.... I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is wrong with it. (sorry if the coding is lined up funny, I edited it in a couple different text programs, and one screwed up the line breaking, so it was a big mess, and I just now did some fixing so it's easier to read)
