quick layout code help! Options

my friend made this layout for my myspace..but the only problem is that my contact box is stretched out. other than that it's fine...what do i do to make the contact box back to normal size? thank you guys in advance :)

try the cellspacing and cellpadding first. if that doesn't change anything, try the width. i'd probably say the width is your problem. change it to a smaller size.
i'm not 100% sure on this though.
