Need Help With Some Issues Options

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why my top friends list is still showing even though I have a custom friendslist code in my who i'd like to meet section.

I was also wondering if there was any way to get a space in between the two columns of tables?

Also when I try to use the code to hide the URL box, it takes away the text but not the box.

Is there any way to fix these problems?
