I searched, but what came up was about silly things you've kept.

Well, what's something that's sentimental to you? Something that to someone else could mean nothing, but to you is priceless?

My shears. Not my new ones, but ones I got for christmas (05).
They were owned by my Grandfather, who died when I was 6. So yeah, they mean a lot to me.

I got something yesterday that I know I'll probably keep for a long time.
It's a cup from McDonalds that came out of our truth or dare result. _smile.gif

I always think that I hold certain things dear, but when I attempt to space myself away from them to see what happens, I find that it's fairly easy. But there are four very, very special blankets and over a dozen stuffed animals that I love, love, love. And of course, a picture of my mom and I that my friends gave me the day of the funeral.

I have this old box (kind of like a jewlery box) that was my grandfathers from before he came to America. His great-grandfather had it; it has a map of Germany (which is, of course, it's accurate to how it currently is. I hold it very, very dear to me.

I also have a carebear from when I was a little girl that I could probably never part with. It sits on a shelf in my room pinch.gif

I saved this box of confetti from Bamboozle last year. It may not seem like much but it brings back memories.

Hmm...there's a few things. Off the top of my head:
There's the guitar pick my boyfriend gave me long ago, this hat I got recently hehe, umm what else...certain pictures I've got, as well as the guitar pick I caught at the Evanescence concert.

So, I have this one mechanical pencil, and it's like cracked in three places, but, everytime I have ever drawn something, it has always been with that pencil. And a lot of the drawings came out pretty well. :D So, I kept/still have it.

I know, it's stupid. Its only a pencil right?

"It will be okay."

I'm not sure why, but whenever I'm down and someone says this to me, I feel so much better. It has to be those exact words, too.
