OK, I am brand new to DIV layout making. I've been teaching myself and playing around with codes for about the last 3 hours and things are going ok...I THINK! I can't figure out how to do the code for a picture marquee that would run through the poloroid brush. I like this layout a lot and decided that I wanted to include a picture marquee in mine as well.
Can someone please help me code that part of my layout? I'd really appreciate it! I'm also looking for any comments and/or suggestions...but be easy on me....it is only my first time Here is my code so far: CODE <style type="text/css">
table table,table table table table,table table{background-color:transparent;width:300px;border:0px;} div,table,tr,td,th{background-color:transparent;text-align:left;border:0px;} a.navbar,font,.whitetext12,.btext,.orangetext15,.redbtext,.redtext,.blacktext12, lightbluetext8,strong,.blacktext10,.nametext,div b font font, div font font u,table table table table, table table table table td.text, td.text td.text table,table.contacttable{display:none;} div table form tr td,td.text table,a.text, table div font a, table div div,{visibility:hidden;di-splay:none} td.text table table {display:inline; visibility:visible;} embed{position:absolute;top:0px;left:0px;display:block;width:0px; height:0;} </style> <style>background-image:url(http://xs314.xs.to/xs314/07175/SavedVersionofLayout2.png)</style> <div class="bg" style="position: absolute; left:65px; top:143px; width:892px; height:710px; overflow: hidden;"> <img src="http://xs314.xs.to/xs314/07175/SavedVersionofLayout2.png"> </div> <div class="content" style="position: absolute; left:457px; top:263px; width:472px; height:290px; overflow: auto;"><center> CONTENT FOR DIV. To put marquee in a div, your coding would look something like this:
CODE <div class="name" style="position: absolute; left:60px; top:600px; width:250px; height:100px; overflow: auto;"> <marquee> <a href="http://FRIENDSSPACE"><img src="http://FRIENDSPIC"></a> <a href="http://FRIENDSSPACE"><img src="http://FRIENDSPIC"></a> <a href="http://FRIENDSSPACE"><img src="http://FRIENDSPIC"></a> </marquee> </div> All you need to do is change the positioning of the DIV to whereever you want it to show up on your myspace (and the height and width). Then edit the FRIENDSSPACE to the URL of your friends myspace and FRIENDSPIC to your friends pictures. You can copy and paste the link within the marquee as many times as you need to. The easiest way to get the URL of your friend's myspace is view your friends and right click on their display name, from there you can select Properties and copy the URL. If you need any help, just let me know. |
