Retrieving comment box Options

Hi there!

Ok I recieved premission from the original author of my layout to change it as long as I leave the credit codes intact.

I was wondering if anybody can show me how to put my comments on my page so everyone can see them? The box on the top left scrolls and I just want to put my comments in that box so it scrolls down and people can read them.
