align all tables, how to resize all tables at once

i want to align all the tables at once. i want to resize the right side so that no matter what size i put them they all stay in equal proportion to one another and the same for the left columns too.. does anyone know what the code is to adjust all the tables? i want to be able to shrink the size of my comments because i dont have pictures in them but the size of the comments are still stretched.. anyone help pleaseee... :-(

Just change 220 to the size you want.
