Does ANYONE know how to get the little box that opens up when you load Xanga? I've seen many people that have little welcome messages and goodbye messages, and was wondering if anyone knew how to get these. Thanks!

it's called a splash page for your xanga... the code is in xanga scripts

I think you're talking about pop-up boxes. You can find that in the Xanga Scripts section.
Just a word of advice though - many people find them annoying. |

If you don't want it to be annoying, you can use a cookie-thing splash screen, so that the same IP address only sees the screen once a day. its also in the splash screen section in xanga scripts.
