I suggest you code it. Whether its dreamweaver or notpad. Having someone do it for you doesn't help you learn a thing. But its your choice your thing.

The flashing links you need an example.

Buttons you pretty much need to learn image rollovers. You can have the name be an image. Then when you rollover one you get another.

Open what in dreamweaver? As soon as you open a file its a .html then you just go to file save. Then when you want to open you go to file open. If thats what you mean? mellow.gif

Well you'll have to save the image. And start coding in dreamweave beforehand. Maybe you should try coding by tutorial and working with notepad. Using dreamweaver may not make it easier in some cases.

Pretty much you insert the url to image image where you need too. Or the computer address.

Its ok go on. Well I suggest you find your personal preference. Try dreamweaver if you find it too complicating try using Notepad but follow some tutorials to help you out. _smile.gif

Well if you are positive your buttons require the actual flash program you will have to get that. But if its a simple animation you are trying to do you may be able to do it in imageready or animation shop, it depends.

Animation shop and Imageready are both animation programs. You make animated graphics in them. You can't do as much as you could in flash but yea. Imageready is not just for image mapping and slicing it does animation as well.

There are flash tutorials listed here, you will most likely need to learn the program before going on.

You may want to google as well because I know there is a site like flash kit or something.
