Its been two years and ive always wondered what was the machine/tool/pad thats used to color or ink anime. If you look at the picture, shes coloring maromi with the pad by touching it with her pen. It looks like it might be connected to the computer. do you have any idea what the machine is called? She is a color coordinator for the anime show in the anime "Paranoia Agent"

its called a wacom tablet for the more widely used ones. i have one at the moment.
lol use google next time. and thumb your image its too big. |

haha believe me ive always googled it. i tried
cg board cg pad cg screen cel shading board cel shading pad cel shading screen coloring board coloring pad coloring screen color coordinator board color coordinator pad color coordinator screen and the list keeps getting stupid lol. but thanks so much! when you write, will it come out all pixely? |

depending what program you use. if you use adobe photoshop maybe because how big your writing is. but in illustrator the program that it is usually used with it is not pixelated. it fixes itself in the program.
its pretty good. |

hm, i didn't even know they had a machine thing like that,
that's pretty awesome. i would def prefer using that. . . i hate using the pen tool. ah, you might wanna thumb your image. |

Mm I have a wacom tablet. You just plug it into a USB port into your computer and bam, you can use it as a mouse or to draw or to write.
Whatever you want. Kinda pricey though. But worth it if you like to draw on the computer (like oekaki) |
