if you were to work at a children day care and someone asked you the followign questions, who would you answer it?

a) what do you feel are important goals to set for yourself when working with children?
b) what do you see as your strength that would help you to promote your ideals for children?
c) What is it you wihs to bring to thid job?

I think a more productive way to go about this is to list how you would answer and get feedback on that. Otherwise, you'd be letting people influence how you answer things. A prospective employer can either see through that in an interview, or at least during a probationary period.

Sounds like a job application to me. blink.gif

I'm not gonna do your 'homework', but this is how i can help you:

a) what do you feel are important goals to set for yourself when working with children?
b) what do you see as your strength that would help you to promote your ideals for children?
c) What is it you wihs to bring to thid job?

Mention how you will set yourself to interact with them.
Maybe you could mention some of experiences of your own, and how you can apply them when helping with children.
On a first note, if your typing this you really need to use spell check. Second, either way we can't help you with this question. It's asking 'What is it YOU wish to bring to this job', we're not you, so we can't have an opinion thats yours. Though, my advice is actually answer this question. This question seems like "Why do you want this job?" See, we can't answer that because hell no would I want to work with children, and who knows if you feel the same way. So basically, what out of all things brought YOU to this job and what do YOU wish to bring to this job.

hope that helps.

I don't think we should answer these questions for you. Afterall, you would be basing it off of our opinions and promises.

Yeah the problem is... we can't answer these questions for you, since your employer will be asking YOU these questions and not US.

Answer as honestly as possible, though- just don't mention accomplishments you know are impossible for you to have done or exaggerate. Do mention all of your experience and mention how you are enthusiastic about working with children...

Good luck...
