HELP!!!!! STUPID DIV, cant get rid of this thingg... Options

th DIV has been solved .. now i need help with the comment box!!!

heres my code for my custom comment box:

Notice the red bold fonts... every time i put it in my profile and press " save all changes" and then preview my profile
the comment box gets messed up like how it is now....the code AUTOMATICALLY CHANGES TO:
