I am in the process of creating a logo for my new business, and I am looking for some advice on logo design. For instance, can a simple design work as a good logo? I don’t want to spend a lot of money on my logo, but I want it to really brand my company and show the world our character.

simple logos are best in my opinion. theyre easier to integrate with other things/designs, and give you more freedom. if you design your logo too complicated, it doesnt give you many choices when you get around to doing your own website, or other marketting materials.
are you looking for someone to design your logo for you? |

yeah i agree i hate really busy logos or ones with a lot of clashing colors. In my opinion use a clean, unique, and simple colored logo it will bring in the most people.

My logos I make are CLASSY and FUNKY, so go with that... I like it! :)

wouldn't this be a graphic request? unless ur asking for ideas... but if u do want someone to make u one then its a request
anyway simple logos nothing too flashy and pleasing to the eyes will work out well typography also works with a small graphic in the back u can look in deviantart for ideas too |

simple logos are most definately[sp?] appealing to most people. logos aren't very large and if your logo has tons of brushes and text jumbled into that small ammount of space, it will look very crowed and unprofessinal. small animations are classy as well. i could make you one if you pm me with the details.
