i seen a few pictures people have on myspace and some banners, that have borders like 4 pieces of tape i wonder if thats a psp border file. or does someone know anything about it? please let me know asap

moved to graphics help
and i have no idea what a psp border file is, and i have psp. I'm pretty sure theres no such thing. Do you mean picture frames? None of the default frames are tape borders. |

i believe those tapes are just brushed on? :) &usually, that would be a .gif file for the transparent background :) |

Those are brushed on, most likely, and a tape imagepack can be found here, if you want tape brushes yourself.
