ok i have this flitter effect right and well i want to fix the code so when i hover over the picture it would look like this ....

Not very familiar with filters but than I noticed that on...
a:hover img img { filter:glow(color=black)progid Alpha(Opacity=100, FinishOpacity=1, Style=3, StartX=0, FinishX=100, StartY=0, FinishY=100)} I think you're suppose to change it lower than 100 on the Opacity=100. |

I believe that image filters only affect your view in IE (and maybe Opera).

umm idk cuz i made that b4 like with the motion blur i pasted the code somewhere in there and it worked and now idk if it makes a difference but ive messed around wit the code alot if it helps heres the original codeing and ive tried goin to mygen put idk how to do thw filter thing

OK ON MY TESTER IT WORKED! LIKE IT WOULD STAY BUT WHEN I PUT IT ON MY MAIN PRO IT DIDNT WHY??

Did you have any other coding on your main profile? Other coding might've interfered with it.
