this site wont let me submit my layout.[DIV]why?? heres the code if you want to use.
[dicription]has Japan's Flag.and has white background and tokyo streat light pic with about me and a comment box.

If it doesn't let you submit and you are positive you did everything right then all we can tell you is to try another computer. The problem is trying to be fixed but at this point no solution.
We can't let you make a post here and just let people use it because well it has to actually be approved first. |

I see your file type is BMP, for the screenshot, make sure it's either GIF, PNG, or JPG
