Ehh.
I heard it was suppose to be every 4 months. Once a week? Thats a lot of washing. I never think about changing the sheets. My mom reminds me all the time. Why do we need to change them? I'm clean when I jump in. Shouldn't it stay that way? |

3 months usually . i use those lavender bedspray too cover the odor .
